GLAD covers operators. Not the keynote version of a company, but the version that shows up in its numbers: what was built, what it changed, and who carried it. The first series is the annual list, 50 Women Under 50, which opened on 22 September 2026 and publishes one profile at a time as each interview is completed.
How the list is selected
Fifty women, each under fifty on the date their profile publishes, each holding a role that carries consequence: ownership, a profit and loss line, a product, a team. Selection follows what shipped in the past year rather than the size of the logo behind it. Nominations are open at hello@glad.casa for the remaining places.
How GLAD sources numbers
Every figure on this site is attributed to where it came from, and each profile carries a "what we verified" note at the foot of the page. Company results stay labelled as company results. GLAD does not fold a firm's performance into an individual's record, and does not print a number it cannot point at a source for.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, write to hello@glad.casa and it gets fixed on the page, with the change noted. Subjects of a profile can ask for the record to be corrected at any time.
